Kingsway Payroll Services is a trading name of Torus Management LLC. We act as an introducer between staffing agencies and third-party service providers. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us at sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk.
We hold business contact information relating to people in their professional capacity: name, job title, employer, business email address, business telephone number, publicly listed professional profile links, and information about the business itself such as sector, size and registered details.
Where you contact us or speak to us, we also hold what you tell us about your business and your requirements, and a record of our correspondence.
From you directly when you contact us or speak to us. From publicly available sources including Companies House and public regulatory registers. From licensed business data providers.
We use it to contact businesses about payroll and related services, to respond to enquiries, to make introductions to providers, and to keep records of those introductions.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: promoting our services to businesses that are likely to have a use for them. We have assessed that this does not override your rights, and you can object at any time. Where we make an introduction at your request, we rely on performance of a contract or steps taken at your request.
Where you ask us to make an introduction, we share your contact details and the requirements you have given us with the relevant provider. That provider becomes a separate data controller and will have its own privacy notice. We do not sell personal data.
We use service providers to run our business systems, including customer relationship management, email and website hosting. They process data on our instructions only.
Our business systems may store data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United Arab Emirates. Where data is transferred outside the UK we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
We keep prospect contact data for as long as it remains relevant, and review it periodically. If you ask us to stop contacting you we keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again. Records relating to introductions we have made are kept for six years.
You have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to object to direct marketing at any time. To exercise any of these, email sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Email sales@kingswaypayroll.co.uk with the word Unsubscribe and we will remove you from all outbound contact. You can also register your business telephone numbers with the Corporate Telephone Preference Service at tpsonline.org.uk.
